Keeping Hope Alive: Our Winter Support Initiative for Vulnerable Families in Afghanistan
*IMPACT & UPDATES: VIEW THE REPORT HERE*
As the end of the year approaches, countless families in Afghanistan are facing another harsh winter without adequate food or coal to keep warm. At BBN, we recognize how devastating these conditions are, not just for those enduring them, but also for their loved ones here in our own community. Many of the Afghan refugees we work with share stories of relatives struggling to keep warm on cold nights, unable to afford enough fuel or food to sustain their families.

And they have asked for our help…
Our friends living here now have heard the plea from their friends and families in Afghanistan, and have reached out to us for help. We have prayed together that God would show His mercy and provide for these families.
That’s why we are launching our Afghanistan Winter Support Initiative for Vulnerable Families, a community-driven effort to provide warmth, nourishment, and hope to Afghan families in need.
Through this initiative, we will supply coal for heating and food to families as we are able, with your help, through our friends and partners both here in the US and on the ground in Afghanistan.
This cause is deeply personal to us. Many of the refugees we serve every day carry the weight of knowing their families back home are still suffering. By joining this campaign, you’re not just sending aid, you are showing the love of God to those near and far.
Together, we can help Afghan families stay warm, fed, and hopeful this winter.
God’s peace to you,
